How did i celebrate my wife's Birthday?

Well on the 25th of June 2009, it was my wife's 27th birthday. Maybe many people would like to know how to celebrate a person's birthday at minimum cost. Here is one to share. Let me give you a little background check

I heard my wife once told me that she liked the cake that she saw over someone's blog. Its a birthday cake that consist of many cupcakes. So i tried to look for the cupcakes on that particular day and failed. I had no idea where to get such cake and actually i had never seen it before.

Wanting to do something for my wife, i tried to think of more things that she like (and i can afford). Later an idea crossed my mind. Anyway on that day, time is running short. I need to do all the preperation before she is back. when i looked at my watch, its already 4.30pm. she will be back at 6.30.

Quickly i rushed to the nearest Big Apple Donuts and bought 13 Donuts (without holes) then i went to the supermarket to but a bottle of whipped cream. When i see my watch then its already 5pm.

Then i rushed home, open up the donuts and wrote " H A P P Y B I R T H D A Y" on the 13 donuts i bought. The next step is to place the donuts in a nicer way and in a way that she could read its a birthday donut.

The End result? Its kinda ugly but its the heart that matters

New Cheese interview (2nd)

Went for a new cheese interview today. Probability was reduced due to my poor experiance on marketing. The Owner of new cheese said i have the right attitude for the job but not the right knowledge for the job. Anyway i still have a chance and just have to wait to their return call.

The New Cheese Owner also asked me to take some evening classes to boost my knowledge in marketing. Now just thinking if i should do that... I am out of $$$

Air Asia did it again...

If only i am richer i will never get on board an air asia flight again! Yup i have another bad experience to share to my dear readers.

If you follow my blog, you might have known that i was coming back from Sabah KK yesterday (24/06/09). I am supposed to board a plane that is 6.30pm. So as the rules said, we must be there 45 minutes earlier to get our boarding pass.

My colleague sent me to KK airport at 4.45pm. I then checked in my luggage and looking forward to meet my family. Then this just got to happen

My flight was delayed to 12.20AM due to technical problems. Damn i am angry. how do you expect passengers to wait for 6 hours?!?!?! The Air asia employees calm us down with money! Yup he said that we could now claim our RM200 for the delay.

I asked if it is in cash? the answer is no. it will be a rebate on our next booking. Comeon... i am on business trip. this means that my boss will get the RM 200 for nothing and i will have to wait the six hours for nothing.

Being very demanding, i asked to switch to the next nearest flight and so i did. He told me to go to the counter if there are any seats left. Lucky for me i was able to secure a flight which will be flying at 8pm. the time then was 7pm. I was supposed to board at 7.45.

Since i have not taken my dinner, i went to KFC and swallowed my food within 15 minutes because i do not want to mss my flight. Well the new flight was also delayed. We flew at 8pm

Moral of the story:-

1. Never fly on air Asia's evening flights. It has a very high % of delay
2. Air Asia is rich so they dont mind paying the pathetic RM 200 (Good tactic because you will have to utilize the money on their plane after a bad experience)
3. Air Asia always tell the bad news last minute so that there isn't much you can do but to wait for their response.
4. Uncle Tony is very clever. When we miss our plane, we lose all the payments that we made to air asia. When Air Asia missed their schedule, they just need to rebate some of their profit back to passengers and force you to board the plane again after such bad experience!
5. I wished i was richer so that i could afford MAS fights. The one with better service and i seldom heard of delay. Even their forker planes or the ten seaters plane are far better than Air Asia

I do not know yet how their latest release of No Admin charges. Lets see what kind of stupid things will happen again on Air Asia.

Now everyone can fly... Air asia always fly kite on their schedule...lol

I lived in Klang but yet i do not know that Klang is one of the highest populated area. Look at the chart. I came across this while i was reading Wikipedia. Of course i got this from wikipedia too.

Counting Days of return

As days draws near, i will be returning home very soon. I will be able to see my wife and daughter soon.

Got a call from my wife just now about how my daughter ran around Jaya Jusco yesterday. I kind of envy her because she was able to see that. I also envy my daughter because she is together with my wife

Anyway Tomorrow will be the day of my return. although it is late when i am home but i will be able to give them a good night kiss starting tomorrow

Naruto Shipuuden incomplete

In shipuuden you will find out that Naruto is already a teen but he is the only genin from his batch. All others had become a chuunin and the Neji is already a jounin. At the beginning, Naruto and Sakura had been put to test which is to fight with Kakashi and get the bell from kakashi. Well they won

At later stage, Naruto learned to incorporate his dominant element (wind) into rasengan. He successfully completed the uncompleted skill of the fourth hokage. He also learned to incorporate his wind element with water element of a frog he summoned. At later stage, he even learned to be in sage mode to absorb chakra from the nature.

At that stage, Jiraiya had been killed by Pain the head of akatsuki and a former student of Jiraiya. Sasuke had killed orichimaru and his brother itachi. Sasuke also obtained a special sharingan from his brother.

When Pain destroyed Konoha, Kakashi is also one of the victim. Finally, Naruto destroyed Pain and Pain entrusted his will to Naruto and returned all victim from konoha into life. Now the series still in progress and Tsunade is still unconscious. Konoha elders had selected Denjo the head of anbu root as the 6th hokage. Danzo had always been against the 3rd Hokage’s teaching.

Naruto

I had been a fan of Naruto for a long time but unfortunately the story have not come to an end. This Anime tell the story of a ninja boy named Naruto whom the forth hokage sealed the demon fox in his body.

Because of that, people of the hidden leaf ninja village keep their distance from him. He grew up in a lonely environment without friends. The story started when he was still in an academy learning to be a ninja. Yup like most anime, he is totally useless. What advantage he has if he is an idiot? He got guts, unlimited stamina and cakra and he understands people. His objective is to make people of the village acknowledge his existence.
Soon he failed his genin examination which makes him very sad. Then there was this ninja sensei who wants to make use of Naruto to get a scroll of ninjutsu. Naruto learned Kage bunsin from this scroll and that gave him one of naruto’s most useful ninjutsu. That ninjutsu also helped Naruto to pass his genin exam through an unexpected situation. That also gave Naruto his first acknowledgement from Iruka Sensei

After graduating, Naruto had been assigned to Team 7 which is headed by Kakashi with 3 genin who are Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. Since then Naruto had been growing stronger together with his rival Sasuke.

At chuunin exam, these teams are being selected by their sensei to participate. From there naruto met up with another Jincuriki the host of one tail. He learned this skill from the forth hokage’s sensei Jiraiya who was one of the legendary sannin. Naruto also learned to summon frog from Jiraiya.

Can Cell phone interupt Pilot's Navigation?

While I was in Sabah, I have much lonesome time to watch the discovery channel. Well I was watching this Mythbuster which they are trying to check this myth “Does using a cellphone in the plane causes the plane to crush”.

The myth caught my attention because I often see irresponsible passengers using cellphone on air especially domestic flights.

What is the result of the test? Let me explain little by little. At the beginning of the show, the mythbusters starts by testing if the cellphone could interrupt the equipments in a container box wrapped in a special layer of netting which could prevent interference from outside. The result? Yes the cellphone really did caused the meters to tick without control

Next they did it on a real plane but they are not allowed to fly due to legal problems. So they tried it but nothing happened to the systems on the plane. Yup the myth is busted! It comes to a relieve for me because I know some idiots will not cause my death.

Anyway, then why did the government banned the use of cellphone on air? Well I think it is a better safe than sorry thingy. You see, it is confirmed that the cellphones could cause problems for the pilot but because of today’s technologies these problems had been minimized.

It is not something that we can play around with. We have hundreds of passengers’ life on the line. There is a one of million chances that it could interrupt the pilot’s navigation. Anyway the law also says that we are not allowed to use the cellphone on air. The air attendants have the rights to take legal actions on you

So just on the safe side, turn off your mobile phone everytime you board on a plane. If you do not do that, you are not only putting your own life in danger. You are putting the lives of hundreds of passengers in danger.

Be a responsible passenger and do your part just to ensure a safe journey. You want to be home safely don’t you? I know I want that. Please do not put my life in danger…

My very own first RM0.25 From Nuffnang!

Life as a trainer

As many of my friends might have known, i was once a training Executive and there are many subjects that i train. Anyway among the things that i train are Customer service and Selling Skills, Powerful Presentation, Handling difficult customers, Product training and many more. Oh ya, I am also a counselor to my fellow colleagues

Many might be thinking, hows life as a trainer? It should be easy since you just need to talk to get in your money. As a trainer, life is not as challenging as life as a Business Development Executive. Then why am i so stupid to transfer to BD? one answer i love challenges...

Life as a trainer is boring but you have a full schedule. Trainers in my company are pampered in many ways because you have many benefits. Among those benefits are many replacement leaves. All i need to do then is to read from the internet and develop my own training materials.

Yup i have been paid to surf the net and to read books. In return, i will have to think how to con people. Besides conducting training, the rest of the days are just easy. Go to work --> Read and study --> lunch --> study more --> home

End of month... Money in... Easy life...

Now at time like this, i really want to return as life as a trainer because i do not want to perform anymore. Unfortunately, i can’t take the outstation thingy anymore.

Back in Sabah...

Still remember the days when i first came to Sabah on a business trip with my boss. My objective of the trip then was to teach the manager here how to work. I need to conduct trainings to his employees and himself. What the hack? how can an executive teach a manager how to work??

It was then my first time in Sabah. My boss is smart. he left me with the manager and honestly i hate the manager. He is not only very dirty minded and all his conversation only includes sex topics. Here i am sitting at his ex-office writing a blog that talks bad about him.

Besides that, this guy is very self-minded. Everyone knows i hate durian and guess what? We went out for a dinner together. then from the restaurant, he asked me to walk back to the hotel myself while he enjoyed his durian. If i knew how to go back i would have done it but the problem is i dont. his answer " very easy just go there" Hey dude its n ight and i am afraid to get lost

anyway, i waited for him in a distance while he finishes his durian. I think he wanted to use durian as an excuse to brush me off. Honestly i think he wanted to buy himself a prostitude because on the way to the durian stall, he asked me to look at the shops and damn its filled with whore. If i am not there definately he would have done it

While i was on the trip with him, i have 2 roles to play. one as a trainer and one more as a spy. I was on a mission to look for evident that he is not doing his job. At the end of my visit there, i was asked to write a report about him and state all the evidence to prove his misconducts. One week later... Bye bye... hahahah...

Feeling heavy to leave

Well i just packed my bags and now i am ready to go. While packing my bag, my mood was very bad. My poor wife and daughter have to bear with my bitter gourd face. I dont wanna go!!!

Anyway after i done packing my luggage, i begin playing with my daughter and also my wife. i want to make it up to them. i really hoped to enjoy the last day before my long trip. This is the picture of me playing with my daughter. look how she enjoy her game time with me

Today is also a good day because i wife baked me my breakfast for tomorrow. She made a different cake. i think it should be a fruit cake because it has raisins and some dried orange. i dont know the name of the cake but its a lovely home made fruit cake.

Unbelieveable! I sang my daughter to sleep???

Recently i think i am getting better at singing? I always have some little confident at my singing talent but i never know that i could sing my daughter to sleep. Well looking from the good side is that i think my singing is so good that my daughter feel so peaceful and slept...

From the bad side is that my singing is so terrible that it bored my daughter to sleep... Well i like to think from the good side. People may think that i am lying to myself but i feel that being positive is always good

The statistics of Ex-Collegues increases

About a month ago, both my bosses left the company. About a week ago, another of my collegue left the company. Today another tendered her resignation. Last day on the 9th of July.

When is it going to be my turn? When can i get a new job? I cant stay here anymore... What number am i in the queue of Ex-Collegue?

Well I end my day today knowing that I will have to lead a new project. Like I mentioned in my earlier blog, I do not want to perform. I just want to stay as I am and just want to safeguard my job while I look for another.

All I can say now is that I No matter what they do with me I will just be a yes man and do as they wish. I will also not be motivated by the treats that they give me.

Anyway I am given back my old portfolio of handling fairs. Now I have to handle MBB treats fair. Honestly if I was given this task in the past, I will be very excited because I loved challenges. Now for me, the job makes me more frustrated.

Like I said, being a yes man, I will just say yes to anything. My objective now is to safe guard my job until I found another.

Leaving on a jet plane 2

Without noticing, tomorrow is the day I leave for EM. I had been quite down since yesterday as I know I am about to leave my family behind. Why am I so reluctant? Well my wife’s B’day is coming and I do now have much time to prepare for it. I had disappointed her last year and I do not want to do it again this year.

Second, My daughter I growing and she is getting more mobile these days… YES SHE can walk. I am afraid that she will build another building on her head when my wife did not notice her… I am afraid she will sing Oops “I did it again… I bang my head on the floor again…”

Lastly, I am already very demotivated to continue to work so I do not want to perform much in this company. All I want to do is just to have a safe job while I look for another. Anyway as it is I will have to go

How My princess is growing

SHE CAN WALK… My daughter is not getting very mobile. She can now walk independently. Without support! It all happens when I came home from a day’s work and she walked to me which of course I was very surprised…For a record, She is able to walk at one year and one month old.

While she was walking, she was smiling very sweetly towards me. To me it feels like she is trying to say, Welcome home daddy, Let me hug you to relieve you from a day’s work

Well my daughter is getting smarter day by day. I now cant do nonsense in front of her. Why? She she learned how to massage. The other day while I was massaging my wife, she came along and did the same thing that I do. Now all we have to say is “ Yu Shuen, come massage daddy and she will come and press on your back.

Few other things that she is now able to do is:-
Give me five
Sayang Daddy
Shake hands

Now I am teaching her to give flying kisses. It seems difficult but I really hoped that she can do it because I wife says it will be very sweet.

Well now I know I am getting very old and need to make my financial status more solid as I will need funds for my daughter’s growth. Gambate Kenny… you can do it. For Chloe’s sake, For Chermaine’s sake

GEORGE TOWN: Two men were literally caught with their pants down when police broke into a fitness centre at a shopping complex here.
The duo looked stunned when police stormed one of the rooms in the centre at Burmah Road during the 9pm incident on Thursday.

They were told to put on their clothes and taken to the police station for questioning along with nine other patrons. Police also seized used condoms, lubrication gel and nude photos of burly men.

George Town OCPD Azam Abdul Hamid, who confirmed the case, said police were concerned that such depravity was continuing despite the raids.

Why Gay?

Well i think i am being bias but i cant even imagine hugging and kissing another man. Well i know its personal interest and i have no right to comment but all i can comment is that God made man and women for a reason.

This is the first song i recall when i think about my coming trip to East Malaysia. It made me want to sing and it made me feel sorry for my wife having to take care of my baby alone. I am sure she will be lonely. I am sure it will be difficult for her.

All i want to say is that i promise that i will come back in peace. I wont be like the hero in Armageddon to die at the very end for the world. I am forced to go. Thanks to my new superior

No Point asking "Who moved my Cheese"

For readers who are currently in a situation like mine, dont ask yourself who moved my cheese. Its no point asking because you will never find the answer. The book is right when they say it is no point asking this question.

As you can see, when someone moves your cheese, they do not care about you. Yes you can go ahead cursing and swearing but the cheese will never return. The person who moved they cheese do not care if you live or die. Like my boss said, we just have to wait for the time to be right. We have to hit them when they least expected, we will have to sleep with the enemy and wait for everything to become right to make things go wrong

Dont be a hero, dont let them survive when its time. make sure they die and dont leave a back road for their escape. I understand that the Chinese 36 strategies of war said we have to leave an escape route for enemies to escape so that they dont retaliate. but in this case, we cant let the tiger back to its den. They will make a come back to bite you.

As an evident that they will take revenge, what are you doing now when you read my blog? you wanted to take revenge right? thats why we will have to ensure their death. Dont stop until they blow their last breath

Anyway, if they manage to kill you then no point asking who moved my cheese. You are just not cunning enough. Take it as a lesson and learn when you find new cheese. You see we never lose in all the battle because if we lose, its a lesson when we win, you have a kingdom but be prepared to new battles when people challenge you again.

Well i am speaking this through experience. I've been in battle when i assist to kill off some employees in the company. I've lost to great politicians which caused my downfall but fortunately i am still surviving because they do not give me the final blow. Now i would like to have my revenge and plot a new battle.

I am not cunning, i am just surviving. Going to a new cheese does not mean that the battle is over. i am sure every organization have their own politician. When you lose you leave when you win you stay. if you cant take it, make your own cheese dont share your cheese with others.

Interview with New Cheese Owner

Recently i had just spoke to an owner of new a new cheese. This new cheese looks quite good and it is also quite established. Anyway, from the outside, the new cheese looks rotten but when you start to understand more about the new cheese you will notice that the new cheese is actually quite tasty.

The owner told me to learn more about the new cheese because i had never done anything similar to the new cheese. so now i lack of knowledge and experience with the new cheese. I will have another interview and the new cheese station. hopefully i could learn real quickly to be able to join them in the new cheese station.

If i am able to be in New cheese station, i will start a completely new route. But anyway since i love challenges i will go ahead. Besides, that is actually why i wanted to find new cheese. I want new experiences with different cheeses. Hope all readers could wish me luck. That is something i will definately be needing

I should have gotten into the maze earlier

What hopes do i have for my current company. I think i had been too foolish to even stay this long. Now that i had step my foot in the maze i know that i should have done it sooner. I may be afraid at first but now i am quicky increasing the pace.

Why? i know i will get new cheese. i could get the smeel of it in a distance. now all i need is some luck and sense of direction to get it.

I did get some cheese here and there but it seems like its not the cheese i want. I am positive that i will get to my new cheese real soon. This way i can get rid of my old cheese. YES the cheese is rotting. and its rotting real quick

After months of blogging, i finally saw RM 0.25 on my nuffnag earnings. I was happy at first until i found out it was my wife's blog which earned the money.

Since we share the same account i thought it was mine... Well we share the same nuff nang because i thought its easier to hit the cash out amount together. Anyway i hope i could do better so that i could help to earn some money.

My baby bang her head

2 days agog, my daughter bang her head on the floor. It is due to her ugly sleeping habit. She loves to twist here and there. Well like people said when the time is right, things can go wrong. What timing am i saying?

Well its like this. Her buttocks is at the edge of the bed and she want to get up. like all babies, she wanted t swing herself to an upright position and then... her buttocks sliped from the bed and she flew like a super girl landing on her head.

It worried the whole family when i went asking for help from my mom. well her swell was at least 1 cm high! 2 cm diameter! What i did to relieve that? Nothing! nothing could be done to relieve her pain except to play with her to forget about the pain.

But what i did was to increase her pain when i use a hard boiled egg to press on the swell. The moment you press the egg on her head she screamed but i still forcefully continued. For me, it feels like a cut to my heart. i feel sorry for her but i still have to continue to reduce the blood clot.

after that both my wife and i felt sorry for her for not taking good care of her. Now just yesterday, he bad sleping habit continued and this time its not so serious. she fell from her bed again.

What can i do to avoid this? shall i tie her up? well still looking for solution...

PS: dont worry, my wife and i moved our bed to the floor so that it would hurt that much if she really fell.

My cheese is moving

Everyone knows how the cheese can move as time turns the page. Well it seems that my cheese is moving. When my immediate superior resigned, the cheese had began to rot. When my boss resigned, half of my cheese is gone. When I report to the new superior, the cheese is already rotten. Its time to get a new cheese.

Now I go to the cheese everyday with my running shoes and take some spare time into the maze to try my luck. Going back to the maze is scary but knowing that the cheese is moving is worse. I need to speed up my search for new cheese so that I do not have to consume rotten cheese

Hope everyone is wishing me all the best luck because I will really need some right now at times like this.

Working with a new Boss

You know how people say new boss new attitude. Malaysia had recently changed a new prime minister and my company had now changed a new boss. Do I like his way of work? NO!!!

I know many readers would advice me to adapt to change but unfortunately his way is too much. Here is a scenario which made me hate him to the max!

I was asked to go East Malaysia to conduct a roadshow starting from 19th June to 26th June. Well I wasn’t even told when they decided to throw me out there until the day they booked my air ticket. So I made some fuss out of it because my wife’s birthday falls on the 25th.

I asked my ex-boss to help me out and he did it immediately but unfortunately he do not have time to follow up for me. When I asked the new boss , he don’t even dare to tell me the result. Then he called me individually to tell me that I will still have to stay in east Malaysia at the above mentioned date. Come on… All I asked for is just to return 2 days earlier.

Their purpose of sending me there is to train up a colleague named H to learn how to conduct a roadshow. I am sure 3 days of showing her how to conduct would be sufficient. Come on H is a working adult. She would have been adult enough to learn in 3 days.

Anyway, after my new boss told me I have to maintain as per scheduled, I told him this “Some things are more important than my job. If you want to force this through, I will resign even if I do not have a job. If you still wants me to go after I resign, I will disappear and pay the indemnity”. So he answered “ This time I will try to get it done for you. But only this time”

The next day, my new boss returned and told me “I would like to propose this way. Since you need to come back 2 days earlier, why don’t you go 2 days earlier”. Then I asked this which made him unable to answer me “ What is your purpose of doing so? Your objective is that you want me to train H. I am sure within 3 days H could catch up with the task. Why go through all the hassle just for this? Since H is there why not she conduct the remaining 2 days roadshow herself?”. Well he remained silent.

Well there are more things that he had done which made me mad but if I blog about it, I am sure all the readers will be bored to death. I think I will stop here

PS: He thinks he will be promoted to my old boss’ level. Let me tell hi now that this is impossible. Yes, the directors might tell him that he will be promoted and this and that but I had already been listening to this for more than 2 years to all I can say is Good Luck lah… I wont support you. I will only do whatever that is asked from me.
