My bosses left me!

Working in an organization for 4 years really allows you to see all the changes that happened over the years.

2 days ago, My immediate superior left the organization and yesterday, my boss left. It makes me envy them how easily they come and go while i am still stucked here in the same organization.

I am not expecting much from the company because honestly i lost faith in them. How they appreciate you only when there is problem. How they treat you like dirt when they do not need u.

I really wanted a new job. If there are any readers here that wants to hire me, just leave me a comment and i shall send you my resume.

My Own Ragnarok GC Crusader Guide

I am currently playing a paladin. Although its not a superb character and it dont standout much, but i believe it could give you some idea about what a crusader could do.

When i was a Crusader, I made it into a Grand Cross Heal Crusader. this means that is a Int/Dex/Vit Crusader. It was very difficult in the begining especially when you are a Swordie. The reason it is difficult is because swordie's skills required Str which you have it very low.

The added strength in my build is to carry more pots and also to help Swordie leveling. When You have grand Cross, You need lots of intel for the damage. When i was a Swordie, I pump only 30 str and the rest goes to Intel and Dex

Dex helps to increase the speed of Casting GC and Intel increases Damage, SP regeneration and increase heal amount.

Geffen dungeon 2&3 (nightmare, Deviruchi) - GC and tank with Whites. Good loot. Vent infil to support high Whites consumption
Raydric, Khalitzburg - GC and Tank with Whites, Good Loot

When i was a crusader, i often mob at Geffen dungeon because it is very near and easy to replenish the whites. I will use my DC MErchant to buy the whites and place them in the storage. Whenever i run out of them, i will BW back to Geffen and restart the circle. This way, i will get more exp per second. Fast and Easy

Why GC Cruz?
Well for me i was thinking that Cruz is just a stepping stone to become a Paladin. therefore, i Build a PVM build so that i could level up faster and turn to a Paladin at the shortest time.

When i have time, i will post a blog on my Paladin Build. Well it is a Devotion/shield Paladin which requires Vit/Str/Dex. All these are just my own build but of course it is not the best. it is just the best as i want it

I am a standout in life

Usually, i am a person who lives on a very low profile life until i worked in my current company. How do i stand out? It only happens when there are shits happening and no one wants to do the dirty job.

Over the four years in this company, i often standout as the problem solver or the sacrificial goat.

The story goes back to the days when i was new. There was this one time where i am required to comeback immediately from Jitra Kedah just for a lousy meeting. Yup a day trip! i left KL at 730am and reached the destination at 1pm. the moment i am there my ex-manager called and ask me to come back immediately after training. I finish my training at 7pm and reached home at 12am. the meeting is at 9am tomorrow morning. This story says how i standout as a last minute person and how flexible i am

There was also this one time where the company decided to reduce the budget for their catalogue. I was then i standout as the male model for the catalogue. Yup i am a model... cant believe it isn't it? Well i was in 2 catalogues to be exact. Anyway i have hell a lot of problem after that because my outlet staffs kept calling me to confirm if thats me

Then, maybe because i am a standout, the company decided to transfer me to training department and assist the Assistant training manager to develop this new department. and so i was transfered to that department and worked for 1 year there. When i was there i often standout as the speaker and most people loved my presentation. This proves how i standout in terms of charisma

Because i am a standout, many collegues of mine begin to be jealous of me and plan for my downfall. I had been ridiculously framed many time but still i survive. This shows how i standout as a survivor

Over time, i had been increasingly stand out among the crowd and now i am often required to solve people's problem and many loves to talk to me when they are down.this shows how i standout as a friend.

Because i am such a standout, i often also got myself into problem. Just like yesterday, i was given a 6 hours notice and need to travel North for some lousy roadshow. Well do you think i am a standout? I do especially if it comes to problem solving. I almost think that sometimes i am a SUPERMAN!

Bloggers Party

Recently i had been wondering what are all the blogger's party all about. Well it so happen that my boss won some invites by nuffnang to if i am not mistaken 2 parties. One is by LG while the other has something to do with malaysian dream girls.

Now what is he doing? Something to do with blogging about being a standout. I've checked why he do so and i recieved an email from nuffnang talking about being a standout. I wanted to do it too myself because there is a HP laptop, Xbox, and some DS lite waiting for grabs.

Being a gamer myself i am Totally attracted to those prizes but honestly i do not know where to start. Maybe i will write something later if i know what i wanted to write. But for now i will just have to let that dream go.

I think this topic is difficult for me because i am not really a standout. I dont do pubs, i cant drink, I play games but no better than others. My best strength? Talking and crapping around. Well if nuffnang can consider this a standout... then i have something to talkabout. lol

My bosses are blogging!

This blogging thingy can really be spreaded within instants. You see, i was introduced into blogging by my boss, (a senior manager). Then i told my wife and she encouraged me to blog. and so i begin.

Recently, another boss of mine (an assistant manager) starts to blog also at http://www.mabuks.blogspot.com/. Now i have 2 bosses blogging. What have the world come to when these old dudes are blogging.

Anyway, hope that they wont be full time blogging at office and expect me to do all their work. After all, they are my boss, i have no choice if they really asks me to do their work while they are blogging. Well lets see what happens next

Ragnarok Online

This is a game which started to get famous several years ago (well, during my days in school). Last time i was so engrossed with this game and during that time, money had been spent like water for the game.

Anyway i am back in this game now. I found this private server Eternity RO and i love them. You see, unlike other private servers, their experience is very low. only about 7 times the normal rate.

Not only that, their drop rate is also low which make the game as challenging as the original RO. Of course like all other private servers, they make money through donations but their donation items have no special effect.

I short i can only say 1 thing! The game is very fair. I had been with them even before their last reset. Now, there are more than 1800 players online anytime i log in. During WOE? more than 2300.

A(H1N1) In Hong Kong?

Lucky me... I had just came bank from Hong Kong. Its a lucky thing that it happens after i came back. But anyway i did stay at Metro Park Hotel but not the one in Hong Kong. The one i stayed was in Macau...

I am sure the people staying in the hotel must be frustrated being locked in the hotel. i wonder how the hotel will compensate their guests.

Well moral of the story... No more pork now...
