Here is another unfortunate event happened on a kid. read more here (http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2013/1/23/nation/12612642&sec=nation). What is wrong in this world today. there are so many accidents.

For this accident i think its the parents' fault. look at the TV rack below its so unsafe! Don't talk about kids shaking it, even adults might accidentally knock the TV down with their butt... Plus, its reported that this is not the first time the boy shake the rack. Extra attention is required when we knew it would happen.

 

 

Anyway the boy is gone. No point blaming anyone for this. Again lets take this as a reminder to all parents to try as much as possible to make our home safe. Never allow your kids to play with anything dangerous.

 

Well below are some precaution i had taken. I am sure there are more. If any reader have any extra ideas please let me know at the comments. I hope to make my house safer for my 5 years old and 1 year old kid.

1. Never allow my kids to climb the stairs alone (especially the one year old)
2. No had one any electrical sockets. i will tell them every time they touch it.
3. never go to near a tv (its also bad for their eyesight)
4. Door stopper at their playroom
5. poisonous, sharp and harmful items are kept out of reach
6. stick safely rubbery thingy it the sharp edges of any furniture
7. forbidden to use anything that could ignite flames
8. No jumping on sofa and beds. Even my bed is the japanese style type which is a very low bed

Well thats all i could think of now. Let me know if there are any more items which could cause harm to my kids.

 



Lost Kid

You know Malaysian parents tend to have a very bad habit of leaving their kids in the car unsupervised. It may be just for a minute or 2 but i think this is a habit that every responsible parents need to break.

Now only god knows where he is. i sure pray for William's safety. He must be trembeling in fear right now as we speak. Just thinking about would make anyone heartache. i am sure the most heartbroken person must be his parents

Lets take other's unfortunate events as a reminder for ourselves to protect our kids. I promise i will never leave my kids unsupervised especially in public areas. If my wifey is reading this please do so too although you never done it. Let take is as a reminder.

Its been a while! Life without internet

Well its been a while since i last blogged... Many things had happened but i could not recall any of it so i cant blog. Anyway i joined a new company which had blocked all blogging and my new house have no internet connection YET! thats why i cant even blog

Life without internet is really bad. I cant play online games. FYI Ragnarok 2 is up and running. on their launch date 3rd Jan i spent 4 hours in Mc donalds but due to the massive traffic, i cant play at all.

My last post was on expecting a new family member and now he is already 1 year old... that means i have not been blogging for more than a year... OMG!!!

Expecting a new family member

Yes! she is not 3 and a half month pregnant. We are expecting a new family member by approximately End Dec. Yup its a baby rabbit. If all goes well my wife may be in time to celebrate chinese new year after her confinement

Well now i am very busy with my job and also at home. As my wife have a weak body, there are many things that she cant do. So for the time being i will take over her responsibility.

Below is my daily routine until December (i think):

1. Wake up at 7 am and prepare to work


2. 715am. Time to buy wife's breakfast


3. 745am. brought the food back and place it in my room. Drive to work


4. 8.30am reach office and work like a cow


5. 5.30 drive home


6. 6.30 reach home and check my wife status. Sometimes clean the house, sometime wash the laundry.


7. 7.30 have dinner. make sure daughter eat. wash the dishes


8. between 730 to 12am: Make milk for both mother and child. tuck them to bed and be ready to assist whenever necessary. On tuesday and fridays i will go temple


9. go to bed

On saturdays and sundays i will ensure there are food all the time so that my wife will never be hungry. if she is then she will vomit

My new baby is naughty. My wife will not eat rice. NO RICE! so everyday i will have to think of the food for them. anything is ok except RICE. the problem is KLANG HAVE MORE RICE FOOD MORE THAN ANY OTHER FOOD.

My poor wife will have to repeat eating the following

3. Chee Cheong Fun


4. Mee Siam


5. Chinese kuih (layer cake, kuih talam...)

15. and many others as long as no rice is included!

It really blow my head off thinking about what to buy. i try now to repeat but since the choices are limited i will have to loop the choices depending on time. i shall try to recall what i bought recently

People say that mum's love is very important. I would like to emphasize on Dad's responsibilities as well. The modern dad will have to go through many things as well but were never mentioned in many blogs.

Being a Dad is a job that one could not quit until they die. A responsible and loving father is as important as a loving mother. Though dad do not nee to go through the 9 months of pregnancy but they will have to accompany their wife through it.

During pregnancy, moms will have unstable emotions. Who is there to comfort them?

During pregnancy, weak moms cant work, who supports the family?

During pregnancy, moms are not able to do the house work, who does them?

During pregnancy, moms could not take care of the other children who does?

During pregnancy, moms need food all the time, who prepares them?

During pregnancy, moms tend to have difficulty walking, who get the things for them?

What i am trying to emphazise here is the importance of a dad. I often see praises on mothers but what about fathers? we are important as well. But anyway, we do it willingly as well. Moms might not agree with me but the fact is dad also share the burden

McDonalds delivery in Malaysia. BAD Service

Its Saturday 30th April 2010, 2.30 pm. My wife complained to me that she is hungry and wanted to call Mcdonalds delivery. She was so lazy to call so I did it. I made the call and ordered. I ordered a Coke can glass set of McDonalds regular Ayam Goreng set with Strawberry sundae and a 6 piece nugget ala carte.

Patiently we continued to wait but without noticing, its been an hour since our order. I called Mcdonalds again to check the order. The reply was dear sir, your order had been sent. I asked when and the answer was 5 minutes ago. I was frustrated but since its already coming so its ok.

I waited for another 10 minutes but the delivery has not arrived. Now McDonalds is just 5 minutes away. I called to check and the operator answered saying that the delivery have not been made. So I mentioned that the first operator told me the order was already on the way.

The operator only said I will put a remark saying that it’s a late delivery. At this point I was more frustrated but there is no point barking at the operator and so I said thanks and hang up
Finally the delivery arrived after more than 1 hour 20 minutes. A little angry I asked the delivery boy why does it takes so long to make this delivery. He said that system was down. Quickly I brought the food upstairs to share with my wife and daughter.

At the moment my wife open the ayam goreng, she notice that it was Spicy ayam goreng. I told her to eat it since the delivery was wrong. after meal, its desert time and it is now that we notice the sundae was not delivered. I made a complaint to mcdonalds and they mentioned that it will be replaced shortly. This is when my nightmare begins.

30 minutes later, after I forgotten the matter, my wife asked where is the sundae? Immediately I called again and the operator said its on the way. Satisfied with the answer I got back waiting. 15 minutes later, I made my second call and the operator said its on the way. Furious I told him that another operator gave me the same answer 15 minutes ago. He apologized and we hang up.

Now another 15 minutes gone and this time I called and an operator told me that it had not been delivered and will be coming shortly. I told her that this is my 3rd time calling and she said the store manager shall call me back. This time I asked her name and she said she is Fazi.
15 minutes later still not answer from the McDonald Taman Sri Andalas manager and delivery is not here as well. This time operator Jeremy answered and I said my stories all over again and he said he will talk to the store manager to give me a call back. 10 minutes passed but still no news nor delivery. This time Salam answered my call and I was so frustrated that I started barking at him.

All Salam could do is just to say sorry. He too promise me that the store manager will call me and the sundae will be replaced. Minutes passed and still no news. More frustrated, this time Sukma answered and I demand to speak to his leader. A man by the name of Sukri answered and he told me that he spoke to the manager himself and my order shall be replaced. I lost my temper on him and demand the store manager to speak to me. He mentioned that the store manager on duty is Prakash.

Soon I received a call from the outlet by a malay lady. I my mind I said this is not Prakash! So I started to comment my frustration to her. She just answer I will deliver now. Dissatisfied I continued to demand answer for such long waiting period. Unable to answer me she slammed the phone on me. Now I had reached my boiling point and called Sukri to ask him how should I complain but his subordinates said he is on the line and shall call me back later. I never receive his call until now.

By the time I get my sup of Sundae it is already 6.30 evening. Yes! From lunch its now dinner time. Imagine the time required to enjoy Mcdonald’s services.

Now from my long story, I am sure you understand my frustration. The imbecile Prakash is one big problem avoider. McDonalds services is a piece of shit. They made all the mistakes that a service industry should never do. Now look below the list of mistakes done just for one delivery:-
1. Uninformed late delivery:- one hour late
2. Sending the wrong item
3. Giving fake information: lied that the order had been delivered
4. Did not comply to promises: Prakash did not call back, Sukri did not call back
5. Slammed the phone on me
6. Ask someone else to just entertain me
7. Never give proper explanation for the mistakes
8. No sense of responsibility

Now I pray all you people out there to spread my blog to all your friends. Let them know and maybe one of them is McDonalds’ top management. I want Prakash to answer for his disability to manage the outlet. Another person who is very rude is the malay girl who called me and slammed the phone on me. She should be fired!

Please spread far and wide so more people knew about this. Anyway regardless of the lousy service, I will not boycott mcdonalds. It’s the employees’ fault not the company. Maybe some adjustments should be done on their system

Big boss with hearing ability or small boss who is deaf. Good words hurts the ear and bad bosses hurts your career

Now continuing what I left off in the last article, my Malaysian boss is the big boss in Malaysia but my company have bigger share holder which is based in Indonesia. Now the idiot is sent from Indonesia to monitor finance here.

Now my boss being afraid to lose his job here, always bias towards the idiot because she has value. She could speak of good things in Malaysia on my boss’s behalf since she is a spy. The idiot also requires my boss’s protection because she does not want to go back or be sent to other country so there is mutual benefit here.

My boss also cut off all communication with Indonesia from us. Only my boss, idiot and miss yap have communications with Indonesia. This makes it easier to control wrong information from reaching the Indonesia bosses.

My boss is very tactical. Everything he does is for the benefit for his own good. No one else matter. There was once before miss yap resign, I could see that my immediate superior almost became a scapegoat for low sales but miss yap’s resignation saved him. Well because no one else knows how to do certain job which my immediate superior knows. So how? My boss press hard on his balls and be patient lah!

Anyway, nasty bosses are everywhere. I really think that only nasty bosses can make good money. My wife has a good boss but every employees are like shit. I have a nasty boss but the employees are great. My wife’s company is small and difficult to progress because of lousy employees. My company is big but cant progress because of a deaf boss

Having written until here, I now had tone down my anger. I really hope I could control my temper for the rest of the day because I don’t want my wife and daughter to get it. I promise myself I will not lose my calm today. Hope all will be over soon when I get a new job

Why so honest you stupid fool?

Well I learned a lesson today. Never be too honest to your boss. He may think you are challenging him. Now here is a story

Last Monday in the weekly meeting, I told my boss that I need to know more on how salary is calculated in my company. For your information I seriously do not know this. We have 2 salary calculation period. Our claims including our monthly allowances are calculated from 16^th of month1 to 15^th of month 2 and being paid on end of month 2. Our wage period is from the 1^st of the month to the end of the month.

Of course as an employee, we are confused especially when you don’t have an SOP. At the very minimum the Human resource should at least explain to new comers like me. Now at the meeting I asked the question and I request that it should be in written (to avoid problems like miss yap in earlier stories) but the boss told me to ask her verbally

This morning I received this ridicules email from an idiot:-

Dear Lee,

With regards to your enquiry on the brought forward taxable fix allowance for the period 16 - 31 Dec 2010.

Again, as per inform & highlights in the Jan 2011 Sales meeting, fix allowances are suppose to be treated as part of your taxable income. However, company has bear the tax all this while.

Dear My immediate boss,

Please ensure that your team are aware & cleary understood with this matter.

Problem with the above mail:-

1. Paragraph one: you think this is an official written answer? My…my… you really are an idiot

2. Paragraph two: The company borne our taxes? Oh please its not like you paid extra

3. Paragraph three: what is clear? Can you make it clearer for me first before I make it clear to my staffs?

Now this is my reply

Dear Idiot,

I totally agree to this change as it is the correct way to do it. All these while, it is not deducted from us but it was not borne by the company because it was just treated as claims. The company did not bear any additional tax. Not only the company did not pay any additional charges, it also helps the company to save some taxes as the company expenses had raised and affects the profit and loss. Therefore if you did pay additional taxes please find out with the company secretary in regards to this matter.

As mentioned in the weekly meeting dated 21^st March 2011 evening, I my queries in regards to the salary calculations and all the deductions I hope I could get an answer from you as I must complete 2010 income tax once I receive EA from you. In order to refresh you memory in regards to this matter please find below the questions asked during weekly meeting

1. Is the allowances for 16^th to 31^st taxable?

2. How do you calculate salary during this transition time?

3. If its taxable, how do you deduct the tax from us?

4. Is our allowances still calculated from 15^th to 14^th every month?

5. If yes how do you calculate it?

6. If no, when is the transition period where changes had been made?

7. What are the formal announcement that had been made?

I hope you understand the urgency of this matter for individual employees. Just like managing the company accounts, every individual employees are required to manage their own accounts. Without any official announcement, it would be difficult to refer the matter to the higher authorities whenever required. Managing personal accounts requires highest attention just like how you manage the company accounts. Every little details requires prove and evident to be kept and the simplest form of evident is an official letter

Besides that, if any employees were to ask me in regards to this matter, I will never be able to answer.

A little side track off the main issue, please recall that besides the sales meeting nothing official had been told to the staffs including myself. All we know is starting January 2011 all allowances are taxable and no need to fill up in the personal reimbursement form. There is no memorandum stating this case nor any information on the changes of the new form until (my staff) filled up the new form. In this case, (my staff) also felt in doubt when he filled the new form and made the column by hand. This is the prove of confusion because our human resource did not make it official for the employees.

It is clear that employees are not the ones to be blamed. In order to reduce further misunderstanding which is for the good of the company and people within it, please make it official this time. As a matter of fact all employees are prepared for the tax but just do not know when and how to do it. Please do not make (my immediate superior) to tell us this information. Why allow us to listen from third party when you always have the accessibility to all your employees?

Anyway, Not long after my email is sent, my immediate superior got a call from my boss and he got f@#ked. Then I am requested to join a telephone conversation with my boss and now its my time to get F@#ked up. I don’t even have any opportunity to explain. Anyway the idiot was in the phone conversation as well. The whole conversation was one sided à towards the idiot.

Later the idiot was asked to leave the room and my boss tone down his voice. This time the conversation turn out to sound like a father nagging a child (less violent)

Out of sight, out of mind?

Do you remember how many friends you have? Can you keep track of that? Anyway I know many of us thinks that we are not like that (out of sight, out of mind) but do you seriously remember them all? If yes try to list them all down according the category:-

Since its been some time since we met someone, maybe they changed a lot. Remember the days when you were in schools? You have many friend doing something with you. You joke around, play around, skip school, visit them during festive season but now its been years since you last met them, could they remember you?

Over the years I had seen many changes. Some bad egg of the school turn out to be a very loving parent. Some of those very good boys turn out to be drinking and smoking in some bar or pub or worse in somewhere doing drugs. How are they now?

Recently one of my fellow colleague sent me an sms and I am extremely happy about it but I could not reply him. I was too busy with the S#*ts in the office. I am glad to receive his sms.

Now the thing is this, everyone is busy with something, what are the odds that you could gather all these friends together to update on each other’s news? What are the odds that all will turn up at the gathering? For this to happen, the odds are lower than hitting the big sweeps first prize + jackpot.

Seriously I miss the good old days. We were not appreciative then but now when you think back it’s a blessing. That the problem with people. When you have it, you don’t cherish it. Now that its gone you missed it. When you want to do something about it, its too late. HAHAHAH!- Humans…

Today’s apple polisher…

Do you remember those days when your mother asked you to study hard to ensure that you have a good future? Well all those are the things of the past. In today’s world intelligence might be useful but not as useful as apple polishing.

If schools would like their students to be able to get a good job in the future, be sure that they create a new class called bodek class… at practical exam, get them to polish a man with high pride. If he likes it then give them an A.

Many people in Malaysia benefited from having the polishing skills. Well I’ve seen many myself. Let me tell you one of many that I’ve seen before.

Now there is a lady from a foreign nationality was posted in my office as Finance Director. She had trained well at her polishing skills. If you ask me her job description, my answer is below

1. Feed boss’s favorite dog every morning.
2. At lunch be sure to feed the boss himself. Don’t pack food, cook for him. The best way to get to a man’s heart is through his tummy
3. Chat with the boss whenever possible
4. If anyone does any minor mistake, make it big and tell the boss
5. If you did any mistake, shut up and use your power to make everyone else shut up. Ensure that the news did not reach the boss
6. If required, make a scrape goat out of anybody to take the blame
7. If there is something that you forget to do even though after reminders, act naïve and say no one told you before. If there is a black and white, blame it on IT.
8. Make people’s life miserable. If they have a good life they will have time to plan for your downfall
9. Whatever the boss said just say yes. Don’t worry, its your subordinates that needs to do the job regardless if they like it or not.
10. When boss is complaining about anyone else, try to recall past wrong doings and increase the problem.
11. When an issue arises, don’t find solutions. Find who is at the fault and put him to the boss’s office
12. When boss praise a job well done accept the complement, otherwise say who did it
13. Cut cost. Cut toilet paper, cut water usage, cut electricity cut wages and cut bonuses.
14. Say that you will stay late to complete a certain task but put an idiot to do it after the boss left

Anyway I will write more if I could recall more. Every morning before she does any work, she will ensure that the dog is fed. Then make breakfast for the boss and go back to her room. In the room, continue to look busy at facebook.com. when boss is free, go to his room and talk nonsense

At lunch wait for boss for lunch. If possible cook for him. Never leave the boss’s sight. Do some job for the rest of the day. If there is some dirty job to be done, assign it to someone. If he rejects the task, tell the boss.

Everyone hates her. She knew it but the boss don’t. And my boss dare to tell me that its difficult to polish him and change his mind. My understanding? Its so damn easy

Boys and girls if you need to learn, just learn the basic of school education and practice more on apple polishing. You will gain more from it.

People used to say “Bullshit could take you higher but cant keep you there”. In today’s world, all you need to do is to have continuous bullshit everyday to maintain the momentum and stay high. When things go wrong, bullshit somewhere else. There are companies everywhere

Crazy and Nasty Bosses

Despite the fact that the offer letter had been defined that resignation requires one month notice, some bosses could really turn and twist the story and makes it otherwise. I have a real life story of an unfortunate friend of mine. Below is her side of story…

Miss Yap (not her real name) had been attached to a company for more than 5 years now and as she could no longer stand the pressure of her job she had decided to put an end to it.

Miss yap was promoted from an executive to a manager during her employment in the company. When she got promoted, a new offer letter was signed and given to her. In the letter, it mentioned that she will get an amount of salary and notice of termination is as per her employment offer letter. In her first offer letter, notice of resignation clearly states that it requires one month.

After she found a new job, Miss yap tendered her resignation with a month notice and waited for the bosses news and advise on her last day of employment but in vain. Again and again she asked the secretary but still no news. When finally there are news about her last day, it was a bad news.

The boss said that she requires 3 months notice for resignation. Now calling in 2 other senior positioned employees, the boss forced the poor miss yap to sign a letter which states that she requires 1 and a half month notice. How did he forced her? Well the boss said that if she refuse to sign the letter, she will be charged under improper handover and shall be sued. The boss also said that he had consulted the company’s lawyer that it could be done. Now miss yap wanted to handover her job to the boss but he refused. (the boss is miss yap’s immediate superior and have no subordinates as all had resigned)

After such pressure and circumstances, Miss Yap unwillingly signed the letter and the 2 management employees act as a witness. Now after signing the letter, the boss said her last day will be 1 and a half month away. From here it might not look different but in actual fact, the boss had delayed the news for more than 2 weeks.

In other words, in order for miss yap to resign it requires 2 months notice. Considering that you are the employer of the new company, will you wait? Of course the poor lady lost her new job as well. Acting like a good boss, the boss said to Yap that he will consider to rehire her back if she would like to (in a manner that he is doing a favor for her).

What is the point of this story? Its just a reminder to folks out there that bosses could be really nasty if they want to. When you get a good boss, stick with them. It’s a jungle out there.

Now here are my questions…
1. Is it true that the boss could charge yap for improper handover despite the fact that she wanted to handover all these while?
2. Can the boss delay the news and treat it as null?
3. I believe that in the worst case scenario, Miss yap might need to pay the indemnity of maximum the number of days that she did not serve the notice.
4. What can be done to prevent such case from happening to anyone else?
5. Doesn’t Malaysian government have any rules which could prevent such cases from happening again?

Back From Taiwan

Well, just came back from Taiwan and spent some savings, now need to resave... hahahah

The trip was spendid and i got to have some quality time with my family. Despite the fact that we travel from morning till dawn, it wasn`t that tiring. WHY? because i have them with me... =)

Happy moments passed easily. it seem like just we arrived yesterday and we are preparing for departure back.

Here is what happen to my little girl. Before we went we told her we will be going taiwan. When we are there she said "go taiwammmm...". Now that we are back she said "go taiwammm..." still.

I dont think she understood what is taiwammm... Anyway, i enjoyed the trip

it was cold then when we were there. there was once i have to use the hair dryer to blow the toilet bowl hot before i could do my business...lol!

Too bad i am now in office, else i could post some pictures... anyway a lazy blogger like me will have minimum pictures... hahahah

Going to Penang

Penang here i come!!! i will be there to gain wait.. my friends and i will be going there with the objective of eating! lol... anyway it is also a good time to go out to some outing to reduce my stress level

Whats next? Taiwan & sabah trip... surely i will be broke after all these plus cny coming... got to find some part time job... anyone can introduce?lol

Recently i have been asking myself what am i doing here? What am i trying to achieve by being here? What could i obtain when i am here? What will happen if i am here?

Now can you do this elsewhere? the answer is always yes but are you sure you want it?

I am sure many do not understand my question and answers. If you understood, then you may be having the same shit as me but different day and venue... lol

THEY are involved in my mood and temper

Who are they? of course they are my wife and daughter.

You see after a tough day at work, my only wish is to return home and be next to my family. The very first moment i see my room, wife and daughter it will play a big role towards my temper and mood for the remaining of hours of that day.

Now here are all the ifs that will happen

If i return home and find my wife playing with my daughter happily, i know i will have a very good mood. I enjoy seeing both of them playing. It really makes my day. When they are happy i will too

If i return home and my daughter came running to hug me, then i know it will be a good evening. My pampered daughter will come hugging me and kiss me on the cheek. This shows that she misses me and like me to be home

If i return home seeing my wife with a sweet smile. This will be a good day also because she is happy and i will think i did a good job as a husband, which is to give her a good life and remove her stress

If i return home and both of them dont bother and mind their own business, this day is a moderate mood day. Well they dont care of my return

If i return home and both of them are argueing, it will be a bad day.

If i return home seeing either one crying, it will be a bad day

If i return home and my wife just cleaned the room, it will be a good day because its comfortable. Then i will wash the toilet happily... lol

if i return home and my daughter trashed up the room, its a bad day because its messy and it will mess up my mind

If i return home and both of them are sleeping, then i will know i have a good day

actually there are more ifs but i could not recall now. Maybe when i recall i will reblog about it... lol

How parents always lose contol on their Child

As we could read on the Internet, there are always many stories that tell parents how they should never lose their temper on their children. Well, its always easier said than done. I recently recall a story about how a boy would like to borrow some money from his father to buy his father's time. No matter how many times i read the story, its always touching.

Well this is something that i could not do for my daughter. i am losing quality time with her. Everyday i may be at home but after a tough day at work, i don't seem to be able to find energy for her.Even at the weekend, i think i don't spend enough time with her. Maybe i am a little greedy to hope for more time with her but i think i owe my wife and daughter an apology. Why? for not spending enough time with them

Every since i joined this new company, i am always required to do many jobs which in turn caused me to work overtime. Even if i dont work overtime, i still have problems controlling my temper. Well i just lost it again recently. It must be tough for Shuen because i could even see fear on my wife. No i did not beat her because my wife and i promise never to beat our child whenever we are angry yet they are already that scared. Am i really that scary? Maybe... because my voice is loud and my angry face could scare a lion away. Just like how Zhang Fei scared Cao Cao and his troops with just a loud roar.

Now back to topic on how to control our temper. My solution and best way to do so is with the help from our better half, our spouse. Most of the time when one of the parent is angry, the other may be at normal mood. This is where he/she should intervine between the parent and the child. S/he should pull the child away from the angry person. I find that this is the best way because it allows time for the angry parent to calm down and think of their mistake

Another way which i think is useful is to walk away from the child when you are angry. I always do that and i know it works. When a person is angry, S/he will have some kinda chemical which causes angryness to happen. when time passes, this will reduce and angryness shall leave you.

Why should we not scold our child? Because they are naive and innocent. they do not know what is happenning around us. Like the chinese always say (the person who dont know is not at fault). Besides, they are following our example. If we beat them when they are naughty, we are teaching them that whenever anyone is naughty, we must beat. This will cause your child to beat anyone who is naughty including their friends and family.

I think i am a failure as a dad. I dont have much time for my daughter, i scold her when she is naughty and i also spank her when she does wrong. Eventhough its just a small light spanking but it already program her that beating is a solution to naughtyness.

Now, she is soundly asleep clinging to her mother who is also in deep slumber. What am i doing? well i intend to join them in dreamland but i need to cool myself down. My damn aircond is not cold enough to cool down my temper. Shits happens in the company.

Same shit different day....I always tell myself not to bring my work problems home but its just easier said than done. I usually do well at controlling my temper but i think its not good enough.

On the other hand, do you know that my wife and daughter play some role in my mood? Well i will write this on my next blog

Organizations and bosses

Organizations will definately have bosses and from what i know, most bosses behave the same. in front of their staffs, they act as if the organization is doing well but deep down below they know something is rotting.

Some bosses are too hard headed to listen. It is obvious that something needs to be done but because they are reluctant to invest more money, they put the blame somewhere and put a challenge on you. Now whats worse is they did not realize that its causing people to leave

anyway better dont talk too much... just need to stay focus on my ambition. if all did not go well on this ship, find another cruise... there will always be some ship which is more suitable for me

Close to giving up

Every night i frighten myself before i sleep. I never felt like this before in the past. Recently there are something that pressure me which caused insomnia. I did not sleep well... there are many things in my head... i think i made a wrong move some where...

To make matters worse, i think i might have gotten someone else into my trouble... i got my close friend into trouble.well whats done is done... now to find solution...
