The narrow escape of the piggy from the cunning wolf

You often heard people saying that “it’s a jungle out there”. I truly agree with this statement. Its often seen that there are many “wild beasts” who tries to kill you for survival. In order to survive this jungle, you will have to be wilder than those beasts.

Many of us are not wild by nature, but due to situational matters, we had been trained to become one. Let me share with you a story of a poor piggy (me) who lives in a wild jungle (my company). Here are some stars of the story

This story happens about a year ago. Piggy had been assigned to handle a fair. The lions gave piggy an objective of doing the fair at a low cost. Bearing the objective in mind, the pig creatively organized the fair with a very low cost. No money is spent to decorate the booth.

Then one day, the lions came to visit the booth and they looked happy about it. The lions even enjoyed their stay there. The Lions even told piggy to redo this activity next year and secure 2 booths. Unfortunately the wolf envy of this success started to condemn the booth.

The wolf complained to the lions that the booth looks ugly and gave a bad image to the jungle. The Tiger heard this and told piggy. The poor piggy, knowing that there is nothing much he could do about this matter, ended up as a scapegoat for the wolf’s desire of recognition

The wolf even told the lions that “piggy should come and ask my opinion. I used to do lots of fair and have many ideas to share.” Piggy remembered this statement until this year and proposed to the lions that the wolf should take up this project.

Now, since the tiger is no longer in the jungle, the wolf threw this project back to the pig which the pig have to accept. The wolf creatively said “ This design of the booth should not be done by her department. They are catalogue designers not interior designers.

NOTE: remember what the wolf said last year? She said she could do a better job but the totally ignored that statement. She even threw the project back to piggy!

So the wolf got out of it this time. The pig kept thinking if he should remind the lions what the wolf said last year. Anyway, knowing the lions will not do much about this matter and piggy is not hitting the wolf where it really hurts the pig decided to remain silent on this matter. I have my revenge when the opportunity comes.
