Historical moment

Today is my 26th birthday. 22/07/09.

It is a hitorical moment. after 3-4 years of being a couch potato, i finally made the first step to exercise. I played badminton!!! hahaha... although i am late but at least i played for 30 minutes.

This will be my first step of keeping fit! Yeah baby!
