Another collegue left the jungle

I heard another collegue of mine leaving this friday. He just joined my company a month ago and he is already very negetive with the company. Fast? well he had been thinking about resigning on the first day he met me.

He told me many things which is negative that he saw. What can i do? i can only comfort him and finally he resigned.

I think i am a nice guy and makes friends easily but why do i get betrayed so often? I think i must become real bad to be in the corporate world. all that i see is that it is usually the wolf that survive

I will learn to be more cunning and plan for the wolf's downfall. its either she die or i die.
