I finally realized i am very very fat!!!

I know that i had been getting fat but today i am actually wearing an XXL T-shirt. Yup its a double X L. No hope... i fear for myself.

you see most people that die young are usually fat. the no1 killer in Malaysia is also caused by fats! I must live longer than my wife. I wanna let her leave me compared to i leave her.

i know it will be difficult for her if i die. She will have to go through the sadness of losing her husband while i sleep eternally. NOT FAIR... that is something that i know she will say.

SO i am now very determined! I will exercise. I will keep fit. Quit smoking will only come later
