Its Saturday 30th April 2010, 2.30 pm. My wife complained to me that she is hungry and wanted to call Mcdonalds delivery. She was so lazy to call so I did it. I made the call and ordered. I ordered a Coke can glass set of McDonalds regular Ayam Goreng set with Strawberry sundae and a 6 piece nugget ala carte.
Patiently we continued to wait but without noticing, its been an hour since our order. I called Mcdonalds again to check the order. The reply was dear sir, your order had been sent. I asked when and the answer was 5 minutes ago. I was frustrated but since its already coming so its ok.
I waited for another 10 minutes but the delivery has not arrived. Now McDonalds is just 5 minutes away. I called to check and the operator answered saying that the delivery have not been made. So I mentioned that the first operator told me the order was already on the way.
The operator only said I will put a remark saying that it’s a late delivery. At this point I was more frustrated but there is no point barking at the operator and so I said thanks and hang up
Finally the delivery arrived after more than 1 hour 20 minutes. A little angry I asked the delivery boy why does it takes so long to make this delivery. He said that system was down. Quickly I brought the food upstairs to share with my wife and daughter.
At the moment my wife open the ayam goreng, she notice that it was Spicy ayam goreng. I told her to eat it since the delivery was wrong. after meal, its desert time and it is now that we notice the sundae was not delivered. I made a complaint to mcdonalds and they mentioned that it will be replaced shortly. This is when my nightmare begins.
30 minutes later, after I forgotten the matter, my wife asked where is the sundae? Immediately I called again and the operator said its on the way. Satisfied with the answer I got back waiting. 15 minutes later, I made my second call and the operator said its on the way. Furious I told him that another operator gave me the same answer 15 minutes ago. He apologized and we hang up.
Now another 15 minutes gone and this time I called and an operator told me that it had not been delivered and will be coming shortly. I told her that this is my 3rd time calling and she said the store manager shall call me back. This time I asked her name and she said she is Fazi.
15 minutes later still not answer from the McDonald Taman Sri Andalas manager and delivery is not here as well. This time operator Jeremy answered and I said my stories all over again and he said he will talk to the store manager to give me a call back. 10 minutes passed but still no news nor delivery. This time Salam answered my call and I was so frustrated that I started barking at him.
All Salam could do is just to say sorry. He too promise me that the store manager will call me and the sundae will be replaced. Minutes passed and still no news. More frustrated, this time Sukma answered and I demand to speak to his leader. A man by the name of Sukri answered and he told me that he spoke to the manager himself and my order shall be replaced. I lost my temper on him and demand the store manager to speak to me. He mentioned that the store manager on duty is Prakash.
Soon I received a call from the outlet by a malay lady. I my mind I said this is not Prakash! So I started to comment my frustration to her. She just answer I will deliver now. Dissatisfied I continued to demand answer for such long waiting period. Unable to answer me she slammed the phone on me. Now I had reached my boiling point and called Sukri to ask him how should I complain but his subordinates said he is on the line and shall call me back later. I never receive his call until now.
By the time I get my sup of Sundae it is already 6.30 evening. Yes! From lunch its now dinner time. Imagine the time required to enjoy Mcdonald’s services.
Now from my long story, I am sure you understand my frustration. The imbecile Prakash is one big problem avoider. McDonalds services is a piece of shit. They made all the mistakes that a service industry should never do. Now look below the list of mistakes done just for one delivery:-
1. Uninformed late delivery:- one hour late
2. Sending the wrong item
3. Giving fake information: lied that the order had been delivered
4. Did not comply to promises: Prakash did not call back, Sukri did not call back
5. Slammed the phone on me
6. Ask someone else to just entertain me
7. Never give proper explanation for the mistakes
8. No sense of responsibility
Now I pray all you people out there to spread my blog to all your friends. Let them know and maybe one of them is McDonalds’ top management. I want Prakash to answer for his disability to manage the outlet. Another person who is very rude is the malay girl who called me and slammed the phone on me. She should be fired!
Please spread far and wide so more people knew about this. Anyway regardless of the lousy service, I will not boycott mcdonalds. It’s the employees’ fault not the company. Maybe some adjustments should be done on their system

Big boss with hearing ability or small boss who is deaf. Good words hurts the ear and bad bosses hurts your career
Now continuing what I left off in the last article, my Malaysian boss is the big boss in Malaysia but my company have bigger share holder which is based in Indonesia. Now the idiot is sent from Indonesia to monitor finance here.
Now my boss being afraid to lose his job here, always bias towards the idiot because she has value. She could speak of good things in Malaysia on my boss’s behalf since she is a spy. The idiot also requires my boss’s protection because she does not want to go back or be sent to other country so there is mutual benefit here.
My boss also cut off all communication with Indonesia from us. Only my boss, idiot and miss yap have communications with Indonesia. This makes it easier to control wrong information from reaching the Indonesia bosses.
My boss is very tactical. Everything he does is for the benefit for his own good. No one else matter. There was once before miss yap resign, I could see that my immediate superior almost became a scapegoat for low sales but miss yap’s resignation saved him. Well because no one else knows how to do certain job which my immediate superior knows. So how? My boss press hard on his balls and be patient lah!
Anyway, nasty bosses are everywhere. I really think that only nasty bosses can make good money. My wife has a good boss but every employees are like shit. I have a nasty boss but the employees are great. My wife’s company is small and difficult to progress because of lousy employees. My company is big but cant progress because of a deaf boss
Having written until here, I now had tone down my anger. I really hope I could control my temper for the rest of the day because I don’t want my wife and daughter to get it. I promise myself I will not lose my calm today. Hope all will be over soon when I get a new job

Why so honest you stupid fool?
Well I learned a lesson today. Never be too honest to your boss. He may think you are challenging him. Now here is a story
Last Monday in the weekly meeting, I told my boss that I need to know more on how salary is calculated in my company. For your information I seriously do not know this. We have 2 salary calculation period. Our claims including our monthly allowances are calculated from 16th of month1 to 15th of month 2 and being paid on end of month 2. Our wage period is from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.
Of course as an employee, we are confused especially when you don’t have an SOP. At the very minimum the Human resource should at least explain to new comers like me. Now at the meeting I asked the question and I request that it should be in written (to avoid problems like miss yap in earlier stories) but the boss told me to ask her verbally
This morning I received this ridicules email from an idiot:-
Dear Lee,
With regards to your enquiry on the brought forward taxable fix allowance for the period 16 - 31 Dec 2010.
Again, as per inform & highlights in the Jan 2011 Sales meeting, fix allowances are suppose to be treated as part of your taxable income. However, company has bear the tax all this while.
Dear My immediate boss,
Please ensure that your team are aware & cleary understood with this matter.
Problem with the above mail:-
1. Paragraph one: you think this is an official written answer? My…my… you really are an idiot
2. Paragraph two: The company borne our taxes? Oh please its not like you paid extra
3. Paragraph three: what is clear? Can you make it clearer for me first before I make it clear to my staffs?
Now this is my reply
Dear Idiot,
I totally agree to this change as it is the correct way to do it. All these while, it is not deducted from us but it was not borne by the company because it was just treated as claims. The company did not bear any additional tax. Not only the company did not pay any additional charges, it also helps the company to save some taxes as the company expenses had raised and affects the profit and loss. Therefore if you did pay additional taxes please find out with the company secretary in regards to this matter.
As mentioned in the weekly meeting dated 21st March 2011 evening, I my queries in regards to the salary calculations and all the deductions I hope I could get an answer from you as I must complete 2010 income tax once I receive EA from you. In order to refresh you memory in regards to this matter please find below the questions asked during weekly meeting
1. Is the allowances for 16th to 31st taxable?
2. How do you calculate salary during this transition time?
3. If its taxable, how do you deduct the tax from us?
4. Is our allowances still calculated from 15th to 14th every month?
5. If yes how do you calculate it?
6. If no, when is the transition period where changes had been made?
7. What are the formal announcement that had been made?
I hope you understand the urgency of this matter for individual employees. Just like managing the company accounts, every individual employees are required to manage their own accounts. Without any official announcement, it would be difficult to refer the matter to the higher authorities whenever required. Managing personal accounts requires highest attention just like how you manage the company accounts. Every little details requires prove and evident to be kept and the simplest form of evident is an official letter
Besides that, if any employees were to ask me in regards to this matter, I will never be able to answer.
A little side track off the main issue, please recall that besides the sales meeting nothing official had been told to the staffs including myself. All we know is starting January 2011 all allowances are taxable and no need to fill up in the personal reimbursement form. There is no memorandum stating this case nor any information on the changes of the new form until (my staff) filled up the new form. In this case, (my staff) also felt in doubt when he filled the new form and made the column by hand. This is the prove of confusion because our human resource did not make it official for the employees.
It is clear that employees are not the ones to be blamed. In order to reduce further misunderstanding which is for the good of the company and people within it, please make it official this time. As a matter of fact all employees are prepared for the tax but just do not know when and how to do it. Please do not make (my immediate superior) to tell us this information. Why allow us to listen from third party when you always have the accessibility to all your employees?

Anyway, Not long after my email is sent, my immediate superior got a call from my boss and he got f@#ked. Then I am requested to join a telephone conversation with my boss and now its my time to get F@#ked up. I don’t even have any opportunity to explain. Anyway the idiot was in the phone conversation as well. The whole conversation was one sided à towards the idiot.
Later the idiot was asked to leave the room and my boss tone down his voice. This time the conversation turn out to sound like a father nagging a child (less violent)

Crazy and Nasty Bosses
Despite the fact that the offer letter had been defined that resignation requires one month notice, some bosses could really turn and twist the story and makes it otherwise. I have a real life story of an unfortunate friend of mine. Below is her side of story…
Miss Yap (not her real name) had been attached to a company for more than 5 years now and as she could no longer stand the pressure of her job she had decided to put an end to it.
Miss yap was promoted from an executive to a manager during her employment in the company. When she got promoted, a new offer letter was signed and given to her. In the letter, it mentioned that she will get an amount of salary and notice of termination is as per her employment offer letter. In her first offer letter, notice of resignation clearly states that it requires one month.
After she found a new job, Miss yap tendered her resignation with a month notice and waited for the bosses news and advise on her last day of employment but in vain. Again and again she asked the secretary but still no news. When finally there are news about her last day, it was a bad news.
The boss said that she requires 3 months notice for resignation. Now calling in 2 other senior positioned employees, the boss forced the poor miss yap to sign a letter which states that she requires 1 and a half month notice. How did he forced her? Well the boss said that if she refuse to sign the letter, she will be charged under improper handover and shall be sued. The boss also said that he had consulted the company’s lawyer that it could be done. Now miss yap wanted to handover her job to the boss but he refused. (the boss is miss yap’s immediate superior and have no subordinates as all had resigned)
After such pressure and circumstances, Miss Yap unwillingly signed the letter and the 2 management employees act as a witness. Now after signing the letter, the boss said her last day will be 1 and a half month away. From here it might not look different but in actual fact, the boss had delayed the news for more than 2 weeks.
In other words, in order for miss yap to resign it requires 2 months notice. Considering that you are the employer of the new company, will you wait? Of course the poor lady lost her new job as well. Acting like a good boss, the boss said to Yap that he will consider to rehire her back if she would like to (in a manner that he is doing a favor for her).
What is the point of this story? Its just a reminder to folks out there that bosses could be really nasty if they want to. When you get a good boss, stick with them. It’s a jungle out there.
Now here are my questions…
1. Is it true that the boss could charge yap for improper handover despite the fact that she wanted to handover all these while?
2. Can the boss delay the news and treat it as null?
3. I believe that in the worst case scenario, Miss yap might need to pay the indemnity of maximum the number of days that she did not serve the notice.
4. What can be done to prevent such case from happening to anyone else?
5. Doesn’t Malaysian government have any rules which could prevent such cases from happening again?

Humans love to assume “making an ASS out of yoU and ME”.
I remember one of my boss telling me not to assume. It is always better to get solid facts before making any approach but the fact is, its natural for human to assume. Take for example do you wake up and see if the floor is exactly where you last seen it? See we never check if there floor is still there. We assume that its there when we woke up. Imagine the trouble we have to go through if we have to check if its there every morning.
Assuming is not always wrong. Everyone makes their own assumptions. Now here is another example; When I say “Car”, which car came into your mind? It carries different meaning to different people. My definition of car may be Suzuki Swift but my boss’s car may be Mercedes Benz. Here we already made assumptions.
Here is something I picked up from a book which I think kind of meaningful:-
“ A tidy desk shows a tidy mind”, now does this means an empty desk shows an empty mind? This example shows that humans tend to generalize things.
Anyway, frequently when we speak to bosses we always lose in the debate. Wanna know why? The reason is simple, when we speak to bosses, we need to prepare evidence to support our point & grounds but when they speak, no evidence is required. They have the right to assume all they want and we cant go and sound them “where is the evidence?”.
The boss’s mind had been blurred by their past achievements. They already have a mind set that their methods are correct. The evident is now (I am the boss you are my staff). This is evident enough to diminish all other evident. Now, they have the right to assume!
Why people assume? Because it makes life easier. By assuming, I do not need to look for supportive evident to prove my point. By assuming, I need not require so much time to look for my point. Well you may find hundreds of excuses for making assumptions.
Now I am at a point where I do not know whether if assuming is right or wrong. I’m sure there is no definite answer to this question. It all depends on situation. At some point, we have to assume to make life easier but on the other hand without assumptions are better.
Well it just seems that most bosses do not understand their staffs. Well I understand my staffs but I am not a boss… hahahaha… Anyway just blogging about my thinking. It might have bored many of you out there in this article. Comeone lah… don’t be too picky lah…

Blogging about sex & Malaysian English very kau lat
You know blogging about sex will always bring traffic to your blog. This is not a statement that I made up but its supported with documents. Try dailychilli for example. Their write-ups about sex have very huge feedbacks.
Anyway what I am more amaze is how Malaysians react to such write-ups. You see the Malaysian English is more sophisticated compared to normal English. We have multi-racial combinations towards the comments and it really makes the comments worth reading.
Funny in one sense but some are also true. The commenter really made my day. I was alone at my cubicle reading those comments and started laughing about all the comments. That had caused me to comment as well.
I read several write-ups but what really captured my attention is their write-up about “Sex twice a week keeps men healthier” (http://www.dailychilli.com/news/1785-sex-twice-a-week-keeps-men-healthier), “10 places where women want to be touched” (http://www.dailychilli.com/news/554-10-places-to-touch-a-women ), and “Why Should you have sex everyday” (http://www.dailychilli.com/news/1084-why-you-should-have-sex-everyday ). These are evidence that blogging about sex will increase traffics. Hey, today these are the most emailed article leh!

The increase of “Buang Anak” cases

Have you every wondered why people are willing to conduct such inhumane task such as killing their baby or just let them rot by the streets. These babies are innocent and they have done nothing wrong to deserve such inhumane acts.
As a father, I seriously feel that they are losing the chance of seeing their baby grow. Surely there are times when you feel that they are a nuisance but there are also times where you are glad to have them.
Anyway I had been thinking what are the reasons that caused these parents to do so? Culture? Social pressure? Money? Well you should think of the side effects when you do not conduct safe sex. Regardless what the reasons are, throwing your babies are always not an option.
I am not only against buang anak. I am also against abortion. I knew that recently Malaysia had developed some sites to allow parents to pass their babies to safe hands. Though you might never see your baby again but at least you can ensure that they will be given a second chance to live regardless of what kind of life they might have. This option is always better than losing the chance at all.
I am happy having my baby to disturb my sleep and having my baby to stop me from smoking. Although its irritating but if you think back its kind of sweet when she suddenly run to your shoulders and hug you. When I am down, she sits patiently next to me and patting my head as if I am the baby and she is my mother.
If I had threw her away, I would never have such experience. Now even the thought of losing her hurts me so much that I would shed a tear.
One thing for sure is there had been increase in regards to buang anak cases and abortion cases. Will harsh sentence in terms of law help the decrease? I don’t think so. Just take a look at our drug trafficking sentence which is many times harsher and scarier but yet it still happens.
We need to find the root cause for the problem. From my opinion, it may be due to social pressure which caused it. These parents do not want to be the laughing stock of the public where some auntie on the streets will look at them and pointing their fingers to them and say all kinds of words.
Another cause of the problem might also be due to religion. I had been observing some people who laugh at people who skipped fasting during the fasting months. You see I don’t see the problem of the person who skipped fasting because he/she is working in an environment which hinders him/her from fasting. Example labourer, chef or iron casting industry. If they do not eat, they will die… seriously. By the way, what happens if they don’t fast? If the person don’t feel like fasting, the sin will be on them not you. Why bother and laugh at people? My point is, if someone decided to give birth without any marriage, so be it. If you laugh at them, you are enticing them to do a bigger sin such as buang anak or abortion.
Other reason which I could think of is financial problem. Parents might be too poor to sustain the life of their baby. Therefore I support the government’s move to allow parents to put their baby in those shelters. I am sure someone will be willing to adopt them or even if they are not adopted, these babies could contribute or payback their debts to the shelter by working and support the shelter which they grew up in. Of course parent’s details should be confidential to avoid future problems
The best way is always be responsible. Every action will have a chain of reactions. Anyway I do not have any authority to comment on the topic. I just felt that its wrong to do so and so just wanna blog about it. Please do not feel offended about what I say. Just some comment.

Other reason which I could think of is financial problem. Parents might be too poor to sustain the life of their baby. Therefore I support the government’s move to allow parents to put their baby in those shelters. I am sure someone will be willing to adopt them or even if they are not adopted, these babies could contribute or payback their debts to the shelter by working and support the shelter which they grew up in. Of course parent’s details should be confidential to avoid future problems
The best way is always be responsible. Every action will have a chain of reactions. Anyway I do not have any authority to comment on the topic. I just felt that its wrong to do so and so just wanna blog about it. Please do not feel offended about what I say. Just some comment.
Public speaking in Sunway Pyramid
It is Sunday, 28th June 2010. Kenny Lee (Which means me) were required to conduct a public speaking at EXPO kesedaran Franchise. It was a surprise to me because my company got to know that we were required to perform something at the Expo only about 1.5 week in advance.
Immediately, a team of employees were put into a room to brainstorm about the sketch and 2 dudes were selected by the bosses to conduct a quiz as performance. Our objective was a very difficult one. To conduct a performance which could pull people’s attention, make people understand our franchise program and do not involve much cost.
WOW! It was a miracle that we manage to go through the talk. My pal and I only rehearsed not more than 1 hour and we have to be on stage for 30 minutes.
It was kind of scary at first because when it was about our turn, there were no more than 10 audiences. The question is… WHAT CAN I DO TO PULL THE CROWD! The moment truth is here. The Emcee announced our company name. I was the first to go in. From the stage I could see no more than 10 pax looking up to me.
In order to make this a success I need more audiences. I am now totally lacking of attention and so I shouted to everyone in the mall. “For you guys who could hear my voice but could no see me, come over to the concourse area and I shall give you some prize”. With that, more people came and I am now more at ease.
I was some great time talking and playing up on the stage though I thought I look like an idiot. Hahaha. My manager commented that it was a great show and I really hope its true because I do not want look like an idiot.
NOW, I have some new thing to add to my experience. Talk show at public locations. Maybe I should venture to the entertainment industry. Lol. But anyway, I really think I did a good job because at the end of the talk, we have close to 50 people looking towards the stage. From the top I could see everyone’s eyesight was towards me. Besides that I also manage to ask a family from the 2nd floor to join the game. It was fun
Anyway, It was also a tiring day yesterday. It’s a good thing that when I got home at about 9pm, both my wife and daughter were not asleep. Since they are awake, I got to play and chat with them. It’s something like an energy recharge for me. I am glad I have them by my side.

When the body was first made, every part wants to be the boss. So there was an arguement and here is their discussion:-
The brain said: "should be the boss because i control the whole body's responses and functions."
The feet says: "We should be the boss as we carry the brain around and get him to where he wants to go"
The hands say: "We should be the boss as we do all the work and earn all the money"
And so it went on with the heart, lungs, the eyes until finally the Ass spoke up. All parts laugh at that idea that the Asshole being the boss. So the Asshole went on strike, blocked itselt up and refused to work.
Within a short period of time, the eyes crossed, hands clenched, the feet twitched, heart and lungs begin to panic, the brain fevered. Finally, they all agreed that the asshole should be the boss. So the motion was passed. All parts did all the work while the Boss pass out the shit.

Encounter with Spirits
I remembered about 3 years ago, my company organized an outing to Port Dickson. It was compulsory so most of us went. Due to budget constraints, we actually rented a very deserted hotel where i think hardly anyone would stay there
Anyway, the moment i saw the hotel i already feel eerie. You see the painting of the hotel looks as if it had not been maintained at least for more that 8 years. Besides that, the hotels have many lousy ornaments which dont seem right
Anyway we are just there to put a night and conduct some team building. So after the day's activities, we all returned to our rooms and i sent my wife back to her room. After a good night kiss we parted and i went back to my room
After about 30 minutes, my wife sms me saying " i am in Joanne's room. Just now we encountered something". We continued to sms and i told her i would like to see her. So i walked to the room(Joanne's room) to meet her but she said she is too afraid to open the door so i walk back.
Anyway when i got back to my room, my roommate was already sleeping soundly. He snored as if he is going to tear off the building. Anyway i laid on my bed and wanted to sleep. Soon, i felt my bed is vibrating. You know the kind like someone is pushing your bed many times... Its like a vibration of your mobile phone
I plucked up my courage to open my eyes... Then... i saw... nothing is there... After i closed my eyes again, the vibration began again... this time its harder and more violent. I opened my eyes again and still there is nothing
I stared to get a little pissed off and told them in Mandarin "I am going to be here only for a night. After this i will return home and you may have the room for yourself again. Please dont disturb me". After that, the vibration stops.
Just before i doze off, i felt the vibration started again. Since i am dead tired after the day's activities, i dont care and just slept.
The next morning, i asked my wife about her encounter. This is her story.
She and her roommate was just about to go to bed. Before that, my wife told her roommate that she is very tired and wanted to sleep. So just before they doze off, my wife heard someone humming some songs but she thought it was her roommate. Then her roommate scolded "I thought you are tired? Why are you humming song now?".
Immediately my wife answered "It wasn't me!". Just then, her roommate sat up took her pillow and dashed off the room. My wife saw her dashing and dashed off too. They went to Joanne's room and slept there that night.
Well that is the end of story of the haunted hotel. The next day, i was assigned by my wife to packe her bags for her as she is too afraid to go alone. She showed me where the music came from and i asked the person sleeping next door. She said she heard it too and she thought it was them and they dont care.As we are on the bus, i heard there are many others who encounter with such things

Good News, Bad News. The final wolf story
Yesterday I got a phone call from my boss with one good news and one bad news.
Good news: The wolf is leaving the forest
Bad News: I will have to replace her in a certain project
Well its all not that bad. Although I god more jobs to do but I am not so angry about it. Why? Maybe its because I wont have to be so careful during meeting. At least, I can rest a little when dealing with internal staffs. At least I have one less worry while working.
I know many will tell me that 1 wolf gone, other wolf will come up. Well its expected but I know I will have at least 2 weeks of peace. She is finally gone and that is not good news. Its GREAT News
In the end can i say i won the battle since i stayed longer? (although i did not do anything)
Its KARMA, its definately KARMA.

Why use English for IT stuffs?
Why Malaysian Government insists on using English for math and science? This is because the whole world uses the language as an information and/or technology language. How dangerous it will be if we try to use Bahasa, especially in school.

Boss and his Secretary joke
Boss walked into the office one morning not knowing that his zipper was down.
His secretary walked up to him and asked,'Boss this morning when you left your house, did you close your gate ?'
Boss was not smart enough to understood, so he went back into his office looking a bit puzzled !
When he was about done with his paper work, he suddenly noticed that his Zipper was not zipped up.
He zipped up and remembering what his secretary had told him, then boss finally understood.
He then intentionally went out to ask for a cup of coffee from his secretary.When he reached her desk, He said, 'When you saw the gate open did you see my BMW parked in there ?'

What I saw when working as a waiter
I worked in the banquet line before and I know many stories about the job in the line. Many people thinks that the food in 3 stars and 5 stars hotels “SHOULD” be clean. But after listening to my story I am sure you will think otherwise.
When I was a waiter in one of the 5 stars hotels, we usually prepare 4 big barrels of coffee and tea. 2 for coffee and 2 for tea. Well, here is the good news. Before the the arrival of the customers, we had prepared some punishment for them. One of the coffee and tea had been included with some SECRET RECIPE! This includes mucus and lots of sliver. This Secret Recipe is made to punish fussy and annoying customers. So remember to treat your waiter well!
I remembered there was this one time when one of the waiter drank the secret recipe and the rest of us just laughed. Since he is an Axxhxle, we decided to keep this a secret from him. I remembered that he offered me to drink it too. He even said it taste good. Man that was one of the funniest cases.
Since I started working there, I never eat or drink their food and beverages. Thanks to such nasty experiences. If I want to eat, I will ask the cook to cook me something. Well they are kind enough to cook me some simple food all the time.
Many think that the cutleries at the hotels are very clean. Let me tell you a story. All the dishes in these hotels are done in a dishwasher. Often, there are many remains left stucked on the plates. That is the main reason why all the plates and cutleries required polishing. Polishing also helps to remove the water stains on the cutleries.
After going through the dishwasher, these plates and cutleries will then go through the dryer. The remains which is not cleaned well will be stucked on the plate and its difficult to remove. The solution? Just dip it in hot water and then wipe it clean with a piece of cloth. Alternatively, some people might just spit a little bit of sliver and wipe it clean.
To make matters worse, only god knows what cloth is being used. Although the cloth might look very clean but these cloths are cleaned with bleaches. It may look clean but chemical level is very high. It is the same cloth that we use to wipe the tables and also sometimes being used to polish the employee’s shining black shoes
I had also worked in a famous Western Food chain store in the past. What I saw there? “Recycling campaign”! The cleanliness of the store is good but the cleanliness of the materials is not. They recycled the butter and the decorative items on your dish
For example, you know western food often have soup as appetizer which comes with bread and butter. Well if you did not finish the butter, please destroy the butter. Dishonest restaurants like these will freeze the remaining butter and use it to cook. Not to forget the beautiful tomatoes that they place on the plate. Crush it or they might rinse it with water and some other will have to consume your sliver
Even after such experiences, I still eat outside but never in the hotels and restaurants that I worked in before. The reason is if you don’t know its dirty its ok but if you knew its dirty, you will never want to eat there. Anyway I will not tell you the name of the hotel and the name of the restaurant. I don’t want you to lose your appetite and do not want to destroy their good name and reputation. I might also get sued if I do so.

Wolf's reaction on my post-mortem report
What is a post mortem report? Whenever we ask this question to someone they will say that a post mortem report is a report with analysis, people's view on the project and how all resources had been managed. Not to forget future enhancements.
I did a report which is about 8 pages long stating every thing that is done well and also the difficulties in every project phases. From project initiation to the project closing and monitoring. I've also included viewpoints from everyone who had participated in the project
When i send my report to everyone relevant to the project, the wolf decided that my report is no good. Well she did not tell this to me but she scolded her employee who is working under me for this project.
According to her the report is too lenghty and directors don't like this. Her subordinate was instructed to rewrite a post mortem report in powerpoint. Well i dont mind because i dont really care. She will be the one presenting to the BOD.
Her subordinate asked me to read the report and comment on it. The moment i read it i shook my head. Why did i shook my head? The report is more like an advertisement rather than a report. There is no facts and figures, no viewpoint of others and no references for future enhancement.
Its a little dangerous to let her go ahead with the presentation because i do not know what she is going to say. In the slides nothing is meantioned. After this she could say anything she likes and whatever she said will be facts.
I decided to fight back this time. I wanna try to hit her to see if she will die. Anyway i planned my way and hope it will work out. There are many preperatins that needs to be done but i had been assigned to many tasks now which is hindering the preperations.
Anyway wish me luck because luck is really what i need now. i dont have the full confidence of this war. i may end up killing myself because she is now in power. Lets all pray for me and hope for the best.
If my wife is reading this, i wanna say that your husband might lose his job if the result is not to his favor. Its time for counter strike.

What is life like after marriage?
I simple sentence to describe the life is " Sometimes heaven, Sometimes Hell"
You might ask when is it heaven? Well lets talk about the good thing first. Here is a very good scenario to describe. You arrive home after a shitty day at work. The moment you step out of your car, you heard a sweet sound calling "Ah Pa!". when you look at your door, there you have it! you loved ones (Your Wife, Your Daughter) standing there waiting for the moment you step home. Its a moment money cant buy.
When is it hell? The bad side? Not really something you would like to share but just to give you bachelors out there something to be prepared. Here's a scenario. You return home after a shitty day and the moment you reach home, Your wife and daughter is at home and your baby is crying. The next moment you realised that you baby had just pooed and will have to change diapers. Then you realized that there are laundries that needs to be done and there are tons of office work that due tomorrow.
You see its not always bad. I feel happy about my married life all the time and loved it. Here is a list of why do i like my married life

- Every now and then your wife will bake a cake and your family can share
- When you meet with your friends, you can bring your wife out and be proud about it
- Whenever people says you baby is cute you are proud. (although they dont really mean it)
- You baby will do funny things that makes you happy and angry at the same time. (Example: Your baby just spilled powder on the floor but when you scold her she gives you a sweet smile and wave her hands like saying hello"
- Your baby can give you wife a good massage
- You have a purpose for every ringgit you earn
- you will be more stable and not impulsive when you make decision
- You are known as the man of the house

What do I understand from this statement? I really agree with this statement… Many people have other interpretation to this sentence but my personal understanding is something like “Never Judge a book by its cover”
In life itself, many people have invisible masks which they put on during different situations. What do you call your true self? Do you know your true self? What are you? Have you thought of such questions?
I had asked myself this questions many times but I never had an answer. When you are working you act as an employee. When I was at school, I act as a student. When I am at home 4 years ago, I am a child, or siblings but now I am a father and husband. So what are you?
You see you will never get answers to this questions. What you need to do is not to ask what are you but ask what should I be? Take the current situation into consideration. He who could excel the mask changing technique have better chance of survival. Just like a Chinese saying “Follow the wind when you are sailing”. Look at the flow and change accordingly
I loved to be able to excel at the mask changing technique but currently I only have a few masks. There are many other masks that I have but I refuse to use it. You may say that I am lying to myself but in the world today these masks are like a first aid kit. When there is a need to use it don’t forget to bring it. You will be in big trouble.
Now to like my statements to the corporate world in my current situation, many people have dozens of masks. They make be very nice to you at the current moment but when thigs go bad, they will take out the other mask and turn 360 degrees and shoot you back.
Mask helps because at some situations you will have to find scrape goats. If you don’t have one, create one! People may hate you but its better than dying in vain. Let me share a story.
There is a manager who will take back her words when necessary. For people like this we must always keep a black and white copy with her signature. You see it happens before. It all started when we have a new DC to propose. After all survey had been done, we passed a survey analysis to her and asks her to negotiate the rental price. The analysis had been passed to her but I failed to make a copy with her signature on it.
At the next moment, when she failed to negotiate, she will totally ignore the case and wait till you asked. When you follow up with her she will say that she is not informed about this and take out the act dumb mask. When asked about the JR she will say she don’t have it. When you show her your copy she said you did not give me and then puff! The problem is yours.
On normal days, when there is a black and white, she will be very nice to you and update you what she had done.That time she will put on a nice guy mask. She will say it in a manner that you owe her one because she helped you. She will also tell you the difficulties to hope that you will give her an answer. This is wrong! I am an executive and you are a manager. How could you ask for a solution from me?
In scenarios like this you will have to take out your dumb mask. ACT DUMB!!! Never give suggestion unless the boss is around. If the boss is around don’t give direct answers. Take out your act clever masks. Give some suggestions and make the other person make the decision.
You see. The world is just a stage. Life is just an act. When we work we got to have a few masks ready and change it accordingly. Don’t be like me always put the nice guy mask. People may like me but if necessary, I will be the scrape goat.
Anyway nice guys are not always at disadvantage. At the very least, some people (NOT ALL) will help you out if they could. Maybe they will speed up your needs and put them at higher priority. At least wont die off too soon and some people will say nice things for you in front of the bosses. Nice guys is difficult to climb. this is because you did not push the responsibilities to others and have some bad records which hinders your promotion.
If you always play dumb and push the responsibilities to others that is also a good thing but please do not do any mistake. No one will help you and people will make the case big. You can only thrust yourself and safe yourself. If you can do it then congratulations you are ok to push the responsibility to others and climb the corporate ladder faster. This is because you never make mistakes as all issues are faults of others.
